WARNING
DO NOT perform fuel system checks, inspections or maintenance while smoking or near fire, flames or
sparks. Fuel may ignite, causing injury or death, or damage to vehicle.

REMOVAL

1.
Remove five capscrews (1), five lockwashers (2) and
cap (3) from sender (4). Discard lockwashers.

Remove nut (5), lockwasher (6) and lead (7) from
3
sender (4). Discard lockwasher.

3.
Remove sender (4) and gasket (8) from fuel tank (9).
Discard gasket.
