Remove brake cover (3).

Place brake in soft jawed vise with cover
in vertical position.

Loosen four capscrews (1) evenly and in
order (A, B, C, D).

Remove capscrews (1), lockwashers (2),

and cover (3).

Remove seal (4) from cover (3).

Remove belleville springs (5).

Remove adjusting screw (11) and

locknut (12) from piston (6).

Remove piston (6) from brake housing
bore (7).

Remove piston (6) from housing bore (7).

Remove preformed packings (8).

Remove backup rings (9).

Remove bleeder screw (10).

Clean all parts and housing thoroughly
