Loosen jam nut (24) and turn stop screw (25) on accelerator pedal (2) fully clockwise.

(e)

Depress accelerator pedal (2) fully and hold. Turn stop screw (25) counterclockwise until head of stop screw

touches pedal.

(f)

Release accelerator pedal (2) and tighten jam nut (24).

(g)

Use STE/ICE to check engine RPM at idle and at full throttle. Readjust cable (1) and stop screw (25) as

required until engine RPM readings are within limits.
