Clean
Use bore cleaning tool as shown.
Cylinder head fuel
injector bore
Gradually turn tool into bore using clock-
wise rotation; then remove tool and blow
out bore with compressed air
INSTALLATION
Into bore, using a twisting motion
Install
a. Fuel injector (3)

Cylinder head,
On fuel injector lock plate
Position
fuel injector bore b. Spacer (2) and clamp
assembly (1)
Tighten bolt to 18-22 pounds foot torque
Tighten
c. Clamp assembly (1)
Connect and
Leak-off and injection
Fuel injector
