should always be kept filled to within 3/8 inch from top

with heavy duty brake fluid.

I. BATTERY

Water level should be 1/2 inch above separators and

plates. Use pure distilled water only. Specific gravity of

a fully charged battery is 1.250 to 1.275.

J. REFUELING

CAUTION:

Never fill the tank near open flame or when the

engine is running. Keep the funnel or fuel hose

nozzle in contact with the metal of the tank

when filling to avoid the possibility of an electric

spark igniting the fuel.
