Engine assembly is manufactured to metric measure.
Service by changing oil and filter.
Consists of valve clearance adjustment.
Oversize/undersize replacement bearings are available.
Inspect for leakage.
Includes timing the injection pump using a timing pin method.
Consists of cleaning element with compressed air, if appropriate. Crew can remove and clean
Fuel and hydraulic tanks are incorporated in one assembly.
Crew adds oil or fuel; Unit Maintenance drains, cleans and refills the tank/reservoir.
Fuel control lever travel adjustment.
No repair on ROPS or FOPS.
Front and rear differential carriers and planetaries are identical, except No-Spin differential is used
on front axle.
Includes replacement of instrument panels, seat, etc.
Only inspect wear pads that are visible at boom ends.
Repair by replacing boot and adapter.
End play adjustment.
Crew can remove and install only.
