1. Machine removal tool from 2 in. (5.08 cm) long steel bar stock to the dimensions shown in the above

illustration.

2. All surfaces are to be smooth and flat.

3. Radius or chamfer all sharp edges.

4. Use a 5 in. (12.7 cm) long 1/2-13 hex head screw with this tool.
