Install boom hose pulley assembly (18) on boom
(1).
WARNING
Adhesives, solvents, and sealing
compounds can burn easily, can give off
harmful vapors, and are harmful to skin
and clothing. To avoid injury or death,
keep away from open fire and use in a
well-ventilated area. If adhesive, solvent,
or sealing compound gets on skin or
clothing, wash immediately with soap and
water.

Apply sealing compound on threads of two screws
(19) and two screws (22).

Position pulley assembly (18) on boom (1).

Install pulley assembly (18) and wear pad (25)
with lockwashers (20), washer (21), screws (20
and 22), and nut (24).

Using rope, pull hydraulic hoses (2 through 4) and
1
boom electrical cable (13) through opening at
cylindrical lead (8) until snug around boom hose
pulley assembly (18). Remove rope from hoses.
