screws (12) and bracket (3) from fender (2).
Discard lockwashers.

and brackets (15) from battery box (1)
and battery box cover (23). Discard

Install two brackets (15) on battery box cover (23) with two screws (14) and locknuts (13).
(c)
Install two catch clamps (22) on battery box (1) with four screws (21), lockwashers (20), and nuts (19).
