HIGH PRESSURE
TURBOCHARGER AND EXHAUST
MANIFOLD AIR LEAK
TURBOCHARGER UEL LINES
VISUAL INSPECTION
Visually inspect turbocharger gasket and
exhaust manifold for signs of cracks and air
leaks.
(a) If there are no signs of cracks and
air leaks, go to Step 5 of this fault.
(b) If there are signs of cracks and/or
air leaks, replace turbocharger
gasket (Para 5-6), and/or exhaust
manifold (Para 4-8) as necessary.

HIGH PRESSURE FUEL LINES
VISUAL INSPECTION
Visually inspect high pressure fuel lines and
fittings for signs of leaks.
(a) If lines, fittings, and/or seals free
from signs of leaks, go to Step 6 of
this fault.
(b) If lines, fittings, and/or seals show
signs of leaks, replace components
as necessary (Para 5-11).
