TM 10-3930-671-24 assembly.      If   the   controls   are   actuated electrically, check the wiring and electrical components. c) Check the service brake and inching pedal for correct adjustment and travel.  Be sure the pedal moves freely and returns fully. d) Be   sure   all   components   of   the   cooling system are in good condition and operating  correctly.    The  radiator  must  be clean  to  maintain  the  proper  cooling  and operating temperatures for the engine and transmission.      Air   clean   the   radiator,   if necessary. e) The  engine  must  be  operating   correctly. Be  sure  it  is  correctly  tuned  and  adjusted to  the  correct  idle  and  no-load  governed speed be measured. Refer to Section 7.3, Transmission Pressure Checks. F-325 (F-326 blank)
