TM 9-2330-373-14 & P APPENDIX C ADDITIONAL AUTHORIZATION LIST C-1. SCOPE. This appendix lists additional items that are authorized for support of the 4000 lb.  Forklift Truck. C-2. GENERAL. The Additional Authorization list identifies items that are not issued with the truck and do not have to be turned in with the truck.  The items included on this list are authorized for use by the Common Table of Allowance (CTA), Modified Table of Equipment (MTOE), Table of Distributed Allowance (TDA), or Joint Table of Allowance (JTA). C-3. EXPLANATION OF LISTING. The Additional Authorization List is divided into four columns:  national stock number, description, unit of measure (U/M), and  quantity  authorized  (Qty  Auth).    The  names  of  the  columns  are  self-explanatory.    In  addition  to  the  name  of  the authorized item, the description column also lists the items part number, the Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code, and the usable on code. The are no additional authorization components issued with the truck.
