TM 10-3930-669-34 (3) Install preformed packing (21), expansion ring (20), preformed packing   (19),   seal   (18),   and   bearing strip (17) on piston (11). (4) Install head (7) on rod (4). (5) Install piston (11) and lock nut (16) on rod (4).  Tighten nut to 250 to 300 lb-ft (339-407 N.m). (6) Install  preformed  packing  (10),  shear ring  (8),  spacer  (6),  and  retaining  ring (5) on rod (4). (7) Install clevis (15) on rod (4). (8) Install screw (14), spacer (13), and nut (12)   on   clevis   (15).      Do   not   tighten screw and nut. 15-35
