TM 10-3930-669-34 (11) Remove  two  lock  nuts  (14),  four  washers  (15), and two screws (16) from front steel counterweight (13) and forklift (5).   Discard  lock nuts. (12) Remove  two  lock  nuts  (14),  four  washers  (15), and two screws (16) from rear steel counterweight  (9)  and  forklift  (5).    Discard  lock nuts. WARNING Front steel counterweight weighs 170 lbs (77 kg) and rear steel counterweight weighs 110 lbs (50 kg). Attach  suitable  lifting  device  prior  to removal    or    installation    to    prevent possible injury to personnel. NOTE Note    position    of    weights    prior    to removal. (13) Using lifting device, remove front steel counterweight (13) from forklift (5). (14) Using lifting device, remove rear steel counterweight (9) from forklift (5). 13-35
