WARNING ·    Drycleaning solvent (P-D-680) is TOXIC and flammable.  Wear protective goggles and gloves; use only in a well-ventilated area; avoid contact with skin, eyes, and clothes; and do not breathe vapors.  Keep away from heat or flame.  Never smoke when using solvent; the flashpoint for type I drycleaning solvent is 100°F (38°C) and for type II is 138°F (50 °C).  Failure to do so may result in injury or death to personnel. ·    If personnel become dizzy while using cleaning solvent, immediately get fresh air and medical help.  If solvent contacts skin or clothes, flush with cold water.  If solvent contacts eyes, immediately flush eyes with water and get immediate (1) Clean all metal parts with drycleaning solvent. (2) Inspect all parts for breaks, cracks, burrs, and sharp edges. (3) Replace all damaged parts. c.  Installation. WARNING Dash frame weighs 83 lbs (38 kg).  Attach suitable lifting device prior to removal or installation to prevent possible injury to personnel. CAUTION Use caution when installing cab dash frame in cab to prevent damage to wiring and equipment. (1) With the aid of an assistant, position dash frame (3) in cab (4). (2) Install dash frame (3) in cab (4) with four washers (2) and nuts (1).  Tighten four nuts to 30 lb-ft (41 N.m). 15-44
