Spring  is  under  tension  and  can  act as  a  projectile  if  released  and  could cause injury to personnel. (2)   Remove lower end of spring (7) from hook (8) located on dash frame (9). (3)   Remove screw (10), washer (11), pin (12), and brake pedal (1) from dash frame (9). (4)   Remove two bearings (13) from dash frame (9).
