Fuel System.  The fuel system consists of the fuel tank (1), fuel/water separator (2), fuel filter (3), feed pump (4), injection pump (5), and injectors (6).  The fuel tank (1) is located on the LH side of the forklift and has a capacity of 14 gallons.    The  fuel/water  separator  (2)  removes  water  and  large  contaminants  from  the  fuel.    Finer  contaminants  are removed by the fuel filter (3).  The feed pump (4) supplies fuel to the injection pump (5) which distributes the fuel to the injectors (6).  Surplus fuel is returned to the fuel tank (1) through return lines (7). 1-10
