Top and front wiper operate.
Voltage test.

POSSIBLE PROBLEMS
REASON FOR QUESTION
Lead wire 37 faulty.
Rear wiper switch faulty.
Rear wiper motor faulty.
If 22 to 24 vdc are not
present, lead wire 37 is
faulty.
