TM 10-3930-669-10 Table 23.  Operator Preventive Maintenance Checks and Services Location Item Interval Item to Procedure Not Fully Mission No. Check/Service Capable If: DAILY GENERAL NOTE • If the equipment must be kept in continuous operation, do only the procedures that can be done without disturbing operation.  Make complete checks and services when the equipment is shut down. • Ensure that all lubrication requirements are performed on the forklift as directed in Chapter 3. • Perform WEEKLY, as well as BEFORE, PMCS if: a.  You are the assigned operator but have not operated the equipment since the last WEEKLY. b.  You are operating the equipment for the first time. • Levers, pins, linkage, etc., not equipped with lubrication fittings, should operate freely and be clear of rust. • When checking oil/fuel levels, ensure forklift is on level surface for accurate reading. 2-11
