TM 10-3930-664-24 5. Install filter head (2) onto mounting bracket using screws (8) and washers (9). 6. Install  elbows  (5,  6)  and  reducers  (7)  into  filter head (2). 7. Connect hose assemblies (3, 4) to elbows (5, 6). 8. Using   strap   wrench   remove   filter   canister   (1) from filter head (2).  Discard canister. 9 Apply a light coat of clean hydraulic oil to gasket on new filter canister (1). 10. Install  new  filter  canister  (1)  onto  filter  head  (2). Hand tighten canister until gasket makes contact with  filter  head.    Tighten  an  additional  one-half turn.
