7. CONNECT
ELECTRICAL
WIRING
TO
ALTERNATOR (1).
a.
Connect red wire (2) and black wire (3) to
terminal (4).
b.
Connect black wire (5) and green wire (6)
to terminal (7).
c.
Connect black wire (8) to screw (9) which
secures suppression capacitor (2) to
alternator (1).
FOLLOW-ON MAINTENANCE:
Install drive belt (para. 2-54)
Connect battery cables (para. 2-78)
