2-47. RADIATOR ASSEMBLY REPLACEMENT

A. REMOVAL
1.
REMOVE
RADIATOR
HOSES
(2,
5)
AND
AERATOR HOSE (7). CAP HOSE ENDS.
a.
Loosen clamp (1) and remove upper radiator
hose (2) from engine water inlet (3).
b.
Loosen clamp (4) and remove lower radiator
hose (5) from engine water outlet (6).
c.
Remove radiator hoses (2, 5) from radiator by
loosening clamps (1, 4).
d.
Disconnect aerator hose (7) from radiator and
engine.

REMOVE FAN GUARD (8) FROM RADIATOR
SHROUD
BY
REMOVING
SCREWS
(9),
LOCKWASHERS (10), AND WASHERS (11).
