TM10-3930-660-34 3-3.  ENGINE ASSIDIBLY - REPLACE (Cont’d) g.    Install  radiator  support  (47),  lockwashers  (46),  and capscrews (45).  Tighten capscrews securely. 3.  INSTALL FRAME CROSS MEMBER. a.    Put  frame  cross  member  (42)  in  position  using  a hoist and sling. b.      Apply   Loctite   271   to   threads   of   capscrews   (43). Install new lock-washers (44) and capscrews (43).Tighten capscrews (43) to 210 lb.  ft. c.  Remove lifting device. 3-16
