WARNING
Use caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use assistance during procedure.
Ensure that any lifting device used is in good condition and of suitable load capacity. Keep clear of heavy
parts supported only by lifting device. Failure to follow this warning may cause injury or death.

With assistance, put frame cross member (43) in posi-

tion using a hoist and sling.
25.
Apply loctite to threads of capscrews (44). Install new
lockwashers (45) and capscrews. Torque capscrews to
210 lb-ft (95 kg).

Remove lifting device.

Install coolant overflow tank (42) and clamp (41) with
two flatwashers (40) and two new locknuts (39).
