REMOVAL
1.
Remove counterweight (WP 0145 00).

Remove eight bolts (12), eight lockwashers (13) and
eight flatwashers (14) securing radiator cover (15) to
12
vehicle frame. Discard lockwashers.
3.
Remove radiator cover (15) from vehicle frame.

Drain cooling system as described in service section,
steps 4 thru 8.
5.
Tag and remove transmission oil cooler hoses (16 and
17), and two connectors (18) from bottom of radiator

(4).

6.
Remove engine cooling hoses (19 and 20) from radia-

tor (4).

7.
Remove clamp (21) securing upper engine cooling
hose (19) and remove hose (19) from radiator (4). Dis-
22
card clamp.
8.
Remove two clamps (22) securing lower engine cool-
ing hose (20) to radiator (4) and engine. Remove hose
20
(20) from engine first and then from radiator (4). Dis-
card clamps.
