REPLACE (Cont'd)
If more than one hydraulic line is to be
removed, identify lines to assure proper
installation.
Use suitable container to
catch any hydraulic oil that may drain
from system.

DISCONNECT ELECTRICAL LEADS AT
HYDRAULIC BYPASS SWITCH (1).
a. Remove electrical lead 91 from
terminal NC of switch (1).
b. Remove electrical lead 10 from
terminal C of switch (1).
TAG AND DISCONNECT SIX HYDRAULIC
HOSES (2).

Tag six hydraulic hoses (2).
Remove six hydraulic hoses (2) at
fittings (3) of valve (4).
Cap or plug all open hydraulic fittings.
3. REMOVE MOUNTING HARDWARE.
Note orientation of valve (4) before
removing it.
When performing the following
procedure, grasp the valve (4) so it
does not drop when fasteners are
removed.

Unscrew two nuts (5).
Remove and discard two lockwashers
(6).
Remove two bolts (7) from bracket
holes (8).
