TM10-3930-660-20 8-51. HYDRAULIC BYPASS SWITCH - REPLACE/TEST (Cont’d) 1. REMOVE ELECTRICAL LEADS FROM SWITCH (1) . NOTE Tag all electrical leads as removed. a. Remove electrical lead 91 from terminal NC of switch (l). b. Remove electrical lead 10 from terminal C of switch (l). 2. REMOVE SWITCH (1) FROM VEHICLE. a. b. c. d. Remove tube assembly (2), from tee (3). Remove tube assembly (2) adapter (4),  coupling  (5),  and  switch  (1) as an assembly. Remove switch (1) from coupling (5)  . If necessary, remove coupling (5) and tube (4). INSTALLATION Remove caps and assembly (2) from adapter NOTE plugs as hoses are installed. Wipe all sealing surfaces on switch (1) and parts (2-5) clean and dry. 1. INSTALL SWITCH (1) TO VEHICLE. NOTE To prevent Loctite sealant from contaminating the hydraulic system, apply sealant carefully during steps la and lb. 8-161
