Installation Initial Setup Tools Materials/Parts Tool Kit, Automotive Mechanics Grommets  (5) Sealing Washers Shop Equipment, Automotive Seals (11) Maintenance, Common #2 Less Power Equipment  Condition Vehicle parked on level ground. (8) Do not smoke or allow open flame or sparks in the vicinity while working on any part of fuel system. Diesel fuel is highly flammable and can cause injury or death if accidentally ignited. To prevent fire, remove fuel lines only when engine is cool. 1. REMOVE HOSE CLAMP (1) AND HOSE (2) FROM FUEL DRAIN LINE (3). 2. REMOVE TWO CAPSCREWS (4) AND TWO GROMMETS (5) SECURING FUEL DRAIN LINE (3) AND FUEL DRAIN LINE (6) TO  ENGINE. DISCARD GROMMETS (5). 3. REMOVE FLUID PASSAGE BOLT (7), TWO SEALING WASHERS (8) AND FUEL DRAIN LINE (6) FROM INJECTION PUMP (9). DISCARD SEALING WASHERS (8). 5-28
