SERVICE BY CHANGING ENGINE OIL 1.  DRAIN  ENGINE  OIL. a. Start and run engine until water b. c. temperature gauge reading is between 140 and 210°F. Stop engine. Place suitable container under drain  plug  (1). Remove oil drain plug (1) and flatwasher (2) from engine oil (3) and allow oil to drain completely. Discard flatwasher oil pan (2) . 4-2
