Step 2. Check for damaged or broken wire(s) from toggle switch to fork autoleveler switch.
Notify Unit Maintenance.
ONLY ONE HEATER FAN OPERATES
Check to see if the heater blower switch is in the LOW speed position.
Move the heater blower switch to the HIGH speed position. Only one fan operates on
low speed. At high speed, both fans operate. [f malfunction is not corrected, notify
Unit Maintenance.
THE FRONT AND REAR WHEELS ARE NOT ALIGNED IN THE STRAIGHT AHEAD
POSITION
Check to see if the steer select control switch is in the CRAB or 4 WHEEL position.
The front and rear wheels do not always align straight ahead after changing steering
modes. Proceed with steering system synchronization, paragraph 2-8.
POOR OR NO BRAKES
Step 1. Check hydraulic oil level at reservoir sight glass.
Add oil as necessary. Refer to LO10-3930-660-12.
Step 2. Check for oil leakage at brake calipers or hose connections.
Notify Unit Maintenance.
PARKING BRAKE WILL NOT HOLD VEHICLE
Check for loose parking brake lever linkage.
Adjust parking brake lever. (Refer to para. 3-11.) If adjustment is
correct, notify Unit Maintenance.
PARKING BRAKE WILL NOT RELEASE
Check for tight parking brake lever linkage.
Adjust parking brake lever. (Refer to para. 3-11.) If adjustment is
correct, notify Unit Maintenance.
