Turns   the   steering   pump   circuit   off   during   maintenance activities  when  it  is  not  necessary  to  operate  and  for cold  weather  starting.  The  switch  is  On  when  the  red cover  is  down  and  the  switch  is  down.  The  switch  is  in the  Off  position  when  the  red  cover  is  up  and  the  switch is  up.
