Remove hose (5) and preformed packing (15) from adapter (16).  Discard preformed packing. 4. Install preformed packing (14) and tee (13) on adapter (16). 5. Install preformed packing (6) and hose (5) on tee (13). 6. Install performed packing (7), two adapters (8 and 9), and quick coupler (10) on tee (13). 7.
