Remove adapter (6) and two preformed packings (5) from forklift control valve (4).   Discard preformed packings. b. INSTALLATION 1. Install two new preformed packings (5) and adapter (6) on forklift control valve (4). 2. Install hose (3) on adapter (6). 3. Install new preformed packing (2) and hose (3) on hydraulic oil return tube (1).
