General Safety Instructions:
Dry cleaning solvent is flammable and must not be used near open flame. Use only in a well-ventilated area.
NOTE
A suitable container should be used to catch any
draining hydraulic fluid. Ensure that all spills are
properly cleaned.

REMOVAL
1.
Remove screw (3) and clamp (4) from transmi
sion thermal bypass valve (1). Move hose (
aside.
2.
Disconnect two hoses (6 and 8) from
transmission thermal bypass valve (1).
3.
Remove screw (2) and transmission thermal
bypass valve (1) from plate (7).
