Tools/Test Equipment: •    General mechanic's tool kit (Item 44, Appendix F) a. REMOVAL 1. Disconnect transmission wiring harness connector (4) from neutral start switch (3). 2. Remove  neutral  start  switch  (3)  and  preformed  packing  (2)  from  transmission  control  valve  (1).    Discard preformed packing. TA707710 6-17
