(1)   Raise forks (1) and remove four retaining rings (3) from two retaining pins (4). (2)   Remove two retaining pins (4) from conveyorized fork attachments (5). (3)   Slide two conveyorized fork attachments (5) half-way off forks (1). (4)   Lower forks (1) and back away from two conveyorized fork attachments (5). (5)   Notify Unit Maintenance to assist in stowage of conveyorized fork attachments (5) on side of forklift truck (2). TA704507 2-53
