Using a 7/16" box and open end
wrench, install two fittings (25).
Install new preformed packing (6).
Using a 7/8" open end wrench, install
elbow (5) and hose assembly (4) to
cylinder assembly (11).
Install new preformed packing (3).
Install union (2) and hose assembly
(1) to cylinder assembly (11).
Lubricate two fittings (25) until
clean grease appears.
Use multi-
purpose grease
where temperature
allows, if necessary, refer to
LO 10-3930-643-12.
Check hydraulic fluid level.
Add
hydraulic fluid, if necessary, refer
to LO 10-3930-643-12.
