MALFUNCTION TEST  OR  INSPECTION CORRECTIVE  ACTION NOTE Before  using  this  procedure,  check  all  hydraulic  connections  and  lines for damage or external leakage and correct where necessary. Check the hydraulic hoses for leaks water solution over length of hoses fitting is loose, tighten it. If a replace it. and  loose  fittings.  Apply  soap  and and observe. If a hydraulic hose hose is damaged or defective, Also check the hydraulic fluid level as described in the Operator’s Manual  TM  10-3930-643-10. a. ALL IMPLEMENTS FAIL TO OPERATE. Check hydraulic pump to determine if it is malfunctioning or worn out. Replace  hydraulic  pump,  refer  to  paragraph  12-2. b. ALL  CYLINDER  ASSEMBLIES  OPERATE  SLOWLY. Step 1.
