INSTALLATION
TROUBLESHOOTING AND MAINTENANCE.
Planetary. (Sheet 8 of 8)
30.
Attach hoist and sling to planetary
carrier assembly (6) and install.
31.
Remove hoist and sling.
32.
Apply Loctite 262 to threads of eight
bolts (2).
Using a 9/16” socket and
torque wrench, install
new gasket
(5), cover (4), eight washers (3) and
bolts (2).
Tighten eight bolts
(2)
to 34 to 37 lb-ft.
33.
Using 9/16” open end wrench, install
two bolts (1) to left side of
axle
assembly. Tighten two bolts (1) to
24 to 26 lb-ft.
NOTE
Return M10A Forklift to
original
equipment condition.
