NOTE Tag all hose and tube assemblies before disconnecting to aid in installation. Using a 1-1/2" open end wrench, disconnect hose assembly (3) from torque  converter. Remove  union (1) and preformed packing (2). Discard preformed packing (2). Remove hose assembly (3), elbow (4) and preformed packing (5) from torque converter  oil  filter. Discard preformed  packing  (5). Using a 5/8" open end wrench, disconnect hose assembly (8) from torque  converter. Remove  union (6) and preformed packing (7). Discard preformed packing (7). Remove  hose  assembly  (8),  union (9) and  preformed  packing (10) from transmission. Discard preformed packing (10). Go to sheet 3 6-27
