Using a 1-1/2” open end wrench and a
10”
adjustable
wrench,
i n s t a l l
fittings (30 and 29), nipples
(28
and 27), washers (26 and 25),
nuts
(24 and 23) and plugs (22 and 21) to
couplings (20 and 19).
Using a 10” adjustable wrench and a
1-1/8” open end wrench,
i n s t a ll
couplings (20 and 19) in
couplings
(18 and 17).
U s i n g 1 - 1 / 8 ” a n d 7 / 8 ” o p e n e nd
wrenches, install fittings (16 and
15) in couplings (20 and 19).
Install caps (14 and 13) on fittings
(16 and 15).
Install clamps (12 and 11) and items
30 thru 13 as an assembly to hoses
(41 and 38).
Tighten clamps (12 and
11) with flat tip screwdriver.
Position items 30 thru 11 as an
assembly underneath right side of
c a b f l o o r .
Using a 1-1/2” open end wrench,
install washers (10 and 9) and nuts
(8 and 7) to items 30 thru 11 as an
assembly inside on cab floor.
Install clamps (6, 5 4 and 3) and
hoses (2 and 1) to items 30 thru 11
as an assembly and heater.
Tighten
clamps (6, 5, 4 and 3) with a
f l a t
tip screwdriver.
NOTE
Return M10A Forklift to original
equipment condition.
