REMOVAL

cool before beginning removal

severely.
Contact with skin or
eyes could result in SEVERE INJURY
a n d / o r s k i n r a s h . I f c o o l a n t is
splashed on skin or clothes, flush
with large amounts of water
and
seek medical attention.
NOTE
Tag all hose and tube assemblies
b e f o r e d i s c o n n e c t i n g t o a i d in
i n s t a l l a t i o n.

D i s c o n n e c t t e r m i n a l ( 1 ) o n r i g ht
side of operators compartment.
2.
Using a flat tip screwdriver, loosen
clamps (2 and 3).
3.
Position a suitable container under
heater and disconnect hose assem-
blies (4 and 5).

U s i n g a 1 / 2 s o c k e t a n d s o c k et
wrench handle, remove
f o u r b o l ts
(6), washers (7) and heater assembly
( 8 ).
