INSTALLATION
NOTE
Use Loctite 592 on all threaded
connections in air lines.

Using a 5/8" open end wrench,
Install elbow (51) and insert (50)
in treadle valve, service brake.
Connect hose assembly (49).
Install nut (48).
Install elbow (47) and insert (46)

valve,
brake and
transmission disconnect.
Install hose assembly (45).
Install nut (44).
I n s t a l l c o n n e c t o r ( 4 3 ) i n r i g ht
f r o n t, interior of cab in instrument
panel housing.
Install hose assembly (49).
Using a 1/2" open end wrench,
install valve (42), adapter (41) and
i n s e r t ( 4 0 ).
Connect hose assembly (39).
Install nut (38).
Install connector (37).
Install hose assemblies (45 and 39).
Connect hose assembly (36) in front
wiper assembly.
U s i n g a f l a t t i p s c r e w d r i v e r,
install clamp (35), nipple (34) and
clamp (33).
