ASSEMBLY

Install new
TM 10-3930-643-20
on stem (15).

Apply lubricant and install stem
(15) through cap end of valve body
( 1 8 ) .
14.
Apply Loctite 592 to cap (11)
then
install spring seat
( 1 4 ),
spring
(13), strainer (12) and cap (11).
Tighten cap (11) with a 13/16" open
end wrench.

Install button (10) and new cotter
p i n ( 9 ) .
Use a long round nose
p l i e r s , t o i n s t a l l c o t t e r p i n ( 9 ).

Using a 7/16" socket, socket wrench
handle and 7/16" open-end wrench,
install horn valve assembly (8), two
washers (7), bolts (6) and nuts (5)
in cab, under center of floor.
Apply Loctite 592 to elbow (4) and
using a 1/2"
open
end
wrench,
install elbow (4) .
Using a 7/16" open
connect hose (3).
Apply Loctite 592 to
using a 9/16"
open
install adapter (2).
Using a 7/16" open
end
wrench,
adapter (2) and
end
wrench,
end
wrench,
connect hose (1).
NOTE
Return M10A Forklift to original
equipment condition.
