Using   a   15/16”   open   end   wrench, install   new   preformed   packing   (26) and   connector   (25)   in   ground   driven steering   pump   (16). Using   a   9/16”   open   end   wrench, install   new   seal   (24),   block   (23) and   three   bolts   (22). Using   an   11/16”   open   end   wrench, install   new   preformed   packing (21) and   connector   (20). Apply   Loctite   504   to   transmission side   of   adapter   (19). A p p l y    L o c t i t e    2 6 2    t o    f i v e    b o l ts ( 1 8 ). Using   a   5/16”   socket   head   screw   key, install   adapter   (19)   and   five   bolts (18)   in   front   of   transmission. Insert alinement t o o l    t h r o u gh adapter   into   transmission,   shifting adapter   as   necessary.   Tighten   bolts ( 1 8 )    t o    1 8    l b - f t    a n d    r e m o ve alinement    tool. Using   a   9/16”   open   and   box   end   wrench, install   new   preformed   packing   (17), ground   driven   steering   pump   (16)   and two   bolts   (15). Tighten   bolts   (15) t o    1 8    l b - f t. Using   a   1"   open   end   wrench,   install hose  assembly  (14). Go   to   sheet   6 10-36
