Make sure that vehicle will not

Secure with wood
b l o c k s.
DEATH
or serious injury may result by
your failure
t o f o l l o w t h i s
procedure.
Using side cutting pliers, cut and
d i s c a r d t i e s t r a p ( 1 ) f r o m f r o nt
bulkhead, under vehicle.
NOTE
Tag all hose and tube assemblies
before disconnecting to aid in
i n s t a l l a t i o n.
Using a 5/8 open end wrench,
disconnect tube assembly (2).
Using 9/16 and 1-3/8 open end
wrenches, remove elbow (3) and check
valve (4).
Using a 5/8 open end wrench,
disconnect tube assembly (5).
Using a 9/16 open end wrench,
remove elbow (6).
Using a 5/8 open end wrench,
disconnect tube assembly (7).
Using a 9/16 open end wrench,
remove elbow (8).
Using a 7/16 open end wrench,
disconnect tube assembly (9) and
using a 5/8 open end wrench, remove
tube (10).
Using 13/16" and 1-3/8 open end
wrenches, remove tee assembly

and check valve (12).
