Using   a   7/16”   box   wrench,   install fittings   (13   and   14)   on   shaft (8) and   spider   (7). 15. Slide   cap   (12),   washer ( 1 1 ) ,    n ew seal   (10)   and   washer   (9)   onto   shaft ( 1 5 ). 16. A p p l y    g r e a s e    t o    s p l i n e s    o f    s h a ft (15)   before   assembly.   Aline   punch m a r k s    a n d    i n s t a l l    s h a f t    ( 1 5 )    in s h a f t    ( 8 ). 17. Install   washer   (9),   new   seal   (10), washer   (11)   and   cap   (12)   on   threads o f    s h a f t    ( 8 ) . Tighten    cap (12) enough   to   prevent   leakage   when   shaft assembly   is   greased. 18. Using   a   torque   wrench   and   a   9/16” socket,   install   spider   (7)   and   four bolts   (6)   on   shaft   (8). Torque   four b o l t s    ( 6 )    t o    3 7    l b - f t. INSTALLATION 19. 20. 21. I n s t a l l    i t e m s    1 5    t h r u    6    a s    a n assembly   with   four   bolts (5) to front   axle   differential   yoke.   Using a   torque   wrench   and   a   9/16”   socket, torque   four   bolts   (5)   to   37   lb-ft. Using   a   7/16”   box   end   wrench, i n s t a l l    f i t t i n g s    ( 4 ) ,    b u s h i ng (3) and   elbow   (2). Connect   hose   assembly   (l).
