Using   a   7/16” b o x    e n d    w r e n c h , i n s t a l l    f i t t i n g    ( 2 0 )    i n    s p i d e r    ( 1 1 ), f i t t i n g    ( 1 9 )    i n    s p i d e r    ( 9 ) ,    a nd fitting   (18)   in   yoke   (13). Slide   washer   (16),   new   seal   (15), washer   (14)   and   cap   (12)   on   tube assembly   (17). Apply   grease   to   splines   on   tube assembly   (17).   Install   tube assembly   (17)   in   yoke   assembly (13). Aline   punch   marks   during assembly. I n s t a l l    w a s h e r    ( 1 6 ) ,    s e a l    ( 1 5 ), washer   (14)   and   cap   (12)   on   threads of   yoke   assembly   (13).   Tighten   cap (12)   enough   to   prevent   leakage   when shaft   assembly   is   greased. Using   a   torque   wrench   and   1/2” socket,   install   spider   (11)   and   four bolts   (10)   to   tube   assembly   (17). Tighten   bolts   (10)   to   20   lb-ft. Install   spider   (9)   and   four   bolts (8)   to   yoke   assembly   (13).   Tighten b o l t s    ( 8 )    t o    2 0    l b - f t. Go  to  sheet  6 7-7
