NOTE During   installation   procedure, apply   Loctite   592   to   all   threaded connections. Using   a   9/16”   open   end   wrench, install   ground   strap   (31),   washer (30)   and   bolt   (29)   on   front,   right side   of   engine   compartment. Install   ground   strap   (28),   washer (27)   and   nut   (26). Using   a   3/4”   open   end   wrench, install   nut   (25)   on   starting   motor. P o s i t i o n    b a t t e r y    p o s i t i v e    c a b l e ( 2 4 ). Using   a   9/16”   open   end   wrench, install   washer   (23)   and   nut   (22) o n    s o l e n o i d .    A p p l y    s i l i c o ne sealant   over   entire   connection. Position   ground   cable   (21). Install   washer   (20)   and   bolt   (19)   on engine   block. Install   clamp   (18),   washer   (17)   and b o l t    ( 1 6 ). Close   ether   start   system   access cover   (15)   at   center,   right   side   of v e h i c l e. Install   new   tie   strap   (14)   to   secure cables   (21   and 2 4 )    t o    w i r i n g harness, Install   new   tie   strap   (13)   to   secure cables   (21   and   24)   on   front,   left side   of   engine   compartment.
