Using   a   3/8”   open   end   wrench, install   two   lock   washers   (13)   and nuts   (12). Install   lamp   (11). Connect   wire   assemblies   (10   and   9) at    terminals. Install   washer   (8)   and   nut   (7). C o n n e c t    w i r e    a s s e m b l y    ( 6 )    at terminal. Install   nut   (5)   and   washer   (4). P o s i t i o n    i n s t r u m e n t    p a n e l    ( 3 )    in h o u s i n g    i n    f r o n t    o f    o p e r a t o r ’ s compartment. Using   a   cross t ip screwdriver, install   four   washers   (2)   and   screws ( 1 ) . NOTE Return   M10A   Forklift   to   original equipment   condition. END OF TASK 5-111
